About the Artist

Mark Kingsbury began his artistic journey at the age of 10. Through the encouragement and teaching of mentors; his life experience and his formal training at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, Mark has honed his skills and fed his passion.
His work includes:

painting in oil and acrylic;
sketching with pencil, charcoal, pen and ink; and
calligraphy.

Mark’s work can be found hanging in many households across the country; on the walls of a number of churches in the Maritimes; on several drums; and in his partner’s first book “Creating Spaces for Healing and Hope.”
