And once again we begin our Lenten Journey, each of us doing it a little differently as we find our own path to walk with Spirit

Music can transport you to places of wonder, renewal, and pure joy. Take time to stop and listen and allow this “ language of the spirit” to bring peace to your soul.

It took courage to reach out to a stranger for help. A simple “When can you come?” spoke volumes. Then she shared her story.

Today I am remembering Grandpa G. I reflect on family and the ties that run far deeper than blood – the ties that bind us together.

Stitched in the colours of the four directions sat as a reminder of the balance needed to live in peace and harmony – the eagle feather, a rock, a bible and empty chair.
